What they need to be better at
Cloud investigation, detection engineering, or working an incident together under time pressure. That decides which labs and which kind of exercise.
When
Whether this is a scheduled programme with facilitated exercises, or self-paced access your team works through on its own time.
Anything that constrains it
Data residency, procurement, or an existing platform we would sit beside. Better raised now than discovered in month three.
